Last day of programme. So close to 5 K so kept going! Amazing feeling. Strange thing though very little weight loss but change in shape. Sleeping on average extra 2 hours a night (was terrible sleeper before). If I can do it anyone can❤️

Well done! The programme doesn't always help loose much weight if any, but it does tone up.

More of a weight loss will come with continued runs, constant running of 30 mins 3 times a week..and of course, controlling the diet..😊
