Just finished my first run this evening, I'm knackered but managed to get through the programme. The app was useful until I had some sound issues which I think are now resolved. I'm terrible at running and I have started this to improve my fitness. Tonight has shown how unfit I am and I'm looking forward to improving this. Next run on Friday!

Well done you I am about 2 weeks ahead, but can still remember vividly the first run, where I honestly thought I'd get a heart attack - ignore the tech problems they can be really off putting, but the programme and forum posts are helpful for keeping you motivated. Roll on Run 2

I could only manage 45 seconds at first - and I'm about to do my last run of the programme!!!! It's hard but don't give up - the programme is brilliant and it does work.
