Week 6 run 3

Run for 25 minutes laura starts off with!!!! Well I don't believe it!!!! I ran for 25 minutes. Apparantly accordingly laura says I am a runner. Okay at this point I scratch my head and look in the mirror then look at picture of runners in competiton. Nope!!!!! Definetely not one of those looking back at me in the mirror! Start week 7 on Friday I already am starting to think about week 9 and what to do at that point. Not sure how long to keep at week 9 for. Well still got 2 more weeks until i need to worry about it.

Luck!!!!! You will and have everything within you to meet it!! Stick with the program and you will meet your goal. Oh yes and have a good run!

Brilliant. I remember hearing Laura say that. Well done you. You need to catch yourself running in a window or see your shadow on the path. If laura says you are a runner it's got to be true!
