Well I have completed 2 x 8 min runs with only a 3 min break In between ... I did not think I would manage the second lot of 8 minutes so I made the decision to just listen to my music and not look at the time and before I knew it was over .... feeling accomplished x

That is the best way to take W6 just zone out and don't think about it and before you know it it is over well done.
I did W6R1 this morning but made the mistake of holding my phone in my hand instead of putting it on my arm. It was my worst run ever as I kept looking at the timings instead of getting on with it. Lesson learned!
