In Donegal for a few days and for the first time ran on the beach , it was amazing 😉

Was thinking of iannodaTruffe and took this wee photo..... keep running Keep smiling!

I did both , took a lot of effort as my head was rather sore following a night in patsy dan's pub 🙈

There is a Parkrun in Portrush in County Antrim that takes part on the beach. Donegal is lovely, what part are you in?
