Whilst son was in a Judo lesson I took advantage of the local park for this run 🏃 🏃

Not as good as my last run, didn't think I was going to manage it in the first half, but then found my second 💨 💨

Strava said it was my furthest run!!!

Oh I do think this one messes with your head a bit, because I thought it was going to be a breeze after the 20 minute one in Week 5. But good for you finding that second wind and even better running your furthest yet. We will get those shiny happy graduation medals. We will celebrate the pink within!
