What a glorious morning for a run πβοΈπ³. I headed off without any expectations, happy to go where my feet took me .....
Iβve been running app and music free for all consolidation runs, using just my normal wristwatch to keep me to the 5/30/5 split. It is quite liberating and I enjoy listening to the peace and quiet. I run the free Strava on my phone so I can track my distance. Stravaβs GPS has been a bit bonkers lately and obviously had me down as an aspiring Olympian on my previous run. Todayβs tracking was much more realistic; 5.2k covered this morning. I like to take photos and keep a record of my runs - todayβs was an area of the common I havenβt run for a while and it was beautiful this morning.
Enjoy your runs over this sunny Easter weekend. Stay safe. π£ βοΈ π³

Morning Delly-dot, what a lovely run, looks like youβve found a nice groove out there,.
It is such a beautiful morning. I ran at 7am this morning, but the route I took was to a local moor which was closed because of the lockdown! I ended up running king on the road and through the lark, as well as the grounds of a local old house which is now an arts centre. It was so quiet, no music. Lovely run.
Well done Delly-dot. I love the photos of your views. You are a true runner now. I can only dream of 5k! I also ran this morning - what a beautiful morning. Ready for W6 now. Enjoy your Easter weekend
