After watching 4+ hours of Rafa Nadal, the adrenaline coarsing through my body was immense! So to clear my head (and heal my heart) I decided to get out and complete run 2 of week 5!
It was actually a lot easier than I thought it would be to run for 8 mins (twice) but I'm putting that down to the overdose of adrenaline!!!😂
Let's hope run 3 will be as smooth?!🤔😮
