Hi I am having issues with my earphones the left one is fine but the right keeps pinging out at awkward times. Anybody got any recommendations for ones that actually stay I both ears while running??

Earphones. Any recommendations

I used to use those tiny ear bud types with the soft little grommet end. I taped them to my ears with micropore tape which worked fine as long as I didn't get my hair under it.
My husband then bought me a pair of Sony ones which go right around your ears and they are a lot better. I've never had any issues with them. You can adjust them slightly to get a good fit on each ear.

I've tried sennheiser (the band style) they were good at staying in your ear, bad when you need to take one out and philips sports hook style, the philips were a little bit on the quiet side but easier to remove up and put back again. Both failed on the left hand side, which is a bit of a shame because only my left ear works
Might give sony a try next.

I also use the Sony full ear type that adjust to fit your ears. I never have a problem with them falling out and they are really comfortable but a little quieter than the inner ear bud type.

I put my phone in a bum bag and let it play out loud - I can't do earphones, I get disorientated and would fall over

I have those, and it's the best money I've ever invested!!

I got a cheap pair from sports direct (only a fiver) and they are great for running. They are a neckband kind of design and they have never fallen out! link here:

They are only cheap so I'm not too worried if they break

Ah, the earphone saga. Which to buy?
I only get on with the bud type, as the other type don't fit in my ears very well. I have some Phillips over the ear bud type, and they work quite well. Well I say they, the left one refuses to stay in my ear. It is not helped by the fact that I wear glasses, so there is quite a lot jammed behind my ears, which makes them stick out, and that is more drag. That said, the one that does stay in works a treat, and having only one in does help when crossing roads etc.
I fancy the 'neck band' type like bjammin recommended, and at £4.99 not too much to lose, so I may try a pair of those.
Sports direct have some that fit round the back of the head and have ear buds. I can't wear standard ear phones but they are great

Thanks guys. I went to sports direct today and invested a massive 4.99 in a pair of neck ones will try them out tomorrow.

Yurbuds. Got mine from Sweatshop. You get fitted for the correct size for your ear. Good sound and mine have never fallen out.
