So tomorrow I'm going back to running after a 2 year break after having my daughter. Feeling rather apprehensive as I know my body is a lot weaker but I'm fed up of feeling tired and lethargic. Anyway here goes nothing...

Go you... My Little Mum... (daughter) has popped her trainer back on... Little runner in training is 8 months old :)

Slow and steady and just follow the programme. Fit the runs to suit your life and the family :) Take your rest days and keep posting... great support here all the way!

Good luck with your start - the first run is always the hardest to do, but one of the most satisfying. Everyone here has hints and tips and they are the most friendliest bunch you can come across.
