W9R1 Graduation run 1/3

I went to my running group to do the first of my graduation runs. Some of the group only do the Sunday run and so for them, this is graduation and so it was for all of us although strictly speaking I have two more to do.

I went in spite of back pain and actually was very surprised that my back was fine.

Tomorrow I'm going to start and try to shift some pounds to try and make running easier. It has to be done.
