First time I tried this was a disaster as route very hilly and I'm an uphill coward. Three in the towel at 15 mins. So today I had to leave my gorgeous black lab at home so that I could go on a route with more downhill than uphill still cheated at the steepest hill but finished! Unhappy pooch though.

Should have added the downhill route involved more roads and she likes to run free.
She may be an unhappy pooch for now, but she still looks like a beautiful girl!
