It doesn’t get easier ! I decided to try a new route no turning back at the bell !! Not sure I liked that as I need up going uphill in my last 5mins !! 🐌💨🤬puffing all the way. Think I’ll go back to turning back !! The old familiar feels more comfortable the landmarks help.

I did my first run last night with turning as well, did feel a little weird and tougher, well done 😊

Oh well done. And I know what you mean. I still need the comfort of known voices, known music, known routes to help me focus, so I keep at least one and more often two of these the same. So new music/app? But with old route. New route? But with old app/coach.
I‘m sure this will come with our running legs gaining more confidence. Last run I did I changed two out of three (new route and new app) and that idea was in itself so challenging that I simultaneously had to play the old podcast as well! 😅
Whatever keeps us running is great 👍🏽 in my book!
