It doesn’t get easier ! I decided to try a new route no turning back at the bell !! Not sure I liked that as I need up going uphill in my last 5mins !! πŸŒπŸ’¨πŸ€¬puffing all the way. Think I’ll go back to turning back !! The old familiar feels more comfortable the landmarks help.

Have to laugh every time Jo says you feel like a gazelle somedays 🀣🀣can’t say I’ve ever felt that way 🀣🀣🀣

I did my first run last night with turning as well, did feel a little weird and tougher, well done 😊

Oh well done. And I know what you mean. I still need the comfort of known voices, known music, known routes to help me focus, so I keep at least one and more often two of these the same. So new music/app? But with old route. New route? But with old app/coach.

Iβ€˜m sure this will come with our running legs gaining more confidence. Last run I did I changed two out of three (new route and new app) and that idea was in itself so challenging that I simultaneously had to play the old podcast as well! πŸ˜…

Whatever keeps us running is great πŸ‘πŸ½ in my book!
