That was a shock! Changed my route to run on roads as getting too dark for lane and made a mistake and ended up running uphill at 15 mins. I thought the hill would never end but actually it was only about 3 mins! A bit hot and very red πŸ˜‚

I did R2 of week 7 today, and although it went well, am thinking of taking 2 days rest now. Mind you, I said that last time but only took one as I was itching to get out and stretch my legs again.

The photo doesn't do the colour justice, definitely RED. I ran in Taverham but I live at the top of the hill!
