Run, Forrest Run....

Completed my 5th Park Run with another PB ...only by 3 seconds this week but Iannoda did say a little bit each time!

Ok, my time is super slow 🐢🐢🐢 but the one thing I am most proud of is I never stopped running to walk in Park Run despite the gremlins telling me to walk. The same with C25K (other than when we're supposed to). I keep muttering Run Forrest run to myself!

Just off to support my 62 yr old friend who is running a half marathon today - she is such an inspiration to me.

Well my lovely friend got a PB of 2:13 so really pleased for her - it was blooming hot as well. I decided to cycle there ....trouble is it now feels as though I have been sitting on razor blades 😖
