Not a lot to say really , nearly 2 weeks since doing knee ligament or tendon so still on the i.c . Although getting better its dragging time and im getting peeved . The walking is helping and i do try to do a little jog but after 5/10 mins i can feel the knee protesting so will give walks a bit longer and keep trying
