I was so worried about it but reading all the encouraging posts to other people I decided to just go for it.

At the turn of the year I was 18.5 stone but decided to change, now i'm just over 16 and still losing. Thanks for indirectly helping me towards a better lifestyle and good luck to all of you!!!

Same to you Pikey. Happy running. Just keep going with the healthy eats and the running and you can turn things round quite quickly

Have the rest days between runs though and do the warm up and cool down walks, and you'll be fine. Let us know how you get on

Wowzers - well done! I have a way to go before I get to your level (wk 2 r 3 tomoz). Congrats on losing weight too. So many peeps just sit and moan about it but ur actually doing something about it. I actually have a personal motto:

No point in moaning about it if ur not going to do anything to change it.

Keep us posted because it is so encouraging to hear personal success stories.

Lovely to hear your success so far. You must feel so much better in yourself already :-) best of luck as you go through the programme & let us know how you do.
