I was so worried about it but reading all the encouraging posts to other people I decided to just go for it.
At the turn of the year I was 18.5 stone but decided to change, now i'm just over 16 and still losing. Thanks for indirectly helping me towards a better lifestyle and good luck to all of you!!!

Wowzers - well done! I have a way to go before I get to your level (wk 2 r 3 tomoz). Congrats on losing weight too. So many peeps just sit and moan about it but ur actually doing something about it. I actually have a personal motto:
No point in moaning about it if ur not going to do anything to change it.
