C25k week 5 run 3

Can't believe I have just managed this. Slower than some previous runs butI don't care.I actually run for 20 minutes non-stop. If you had told me 5 weeks ago I could do that I would have said you were mad. The only run I have ever done before this was the three- legged race in primary school, and me and my 'tethered' partner fell over at the starting line !!!!

Congratulations, it's a real challenge that run mentally not just physically. You should be so proud and rightly so . Week 6 here you come !!!

Brilliant, isn'the it. I almost burst with pride having gone this run. If only we could bottle the feeling...

For now, though, feel proud and revel in it. You deserve it. Well done.

Congrats on completing week 5. It's on the horizon for me and I'm not sure I can do it but that never stopped me before 😂

I did the same run this morning. This is my second time through the plan so I was more confident. But when I did it last year I was afraid I might die! Actually the high I felt after doing it last year was one of the highest highs I've ever had. :)

Be warned, W6R1 looks easy on paper, but it is almost guaranteed to stop you grinning........just show respect.
