Had a lovely run this morning finishing wk 7. was amazed to see that between running 25mins and walking brisk 5 min warm up and 5 min cool down I had done 3.3mls. I am enjoying this program so much and feeling way better for it. Doing a 5K (race for life) on Sunday which will be my first run of WK 8 wish me luck folks. Have a good weekend !
