Unbelievable. Not easy or pretty and I felt quite grumpy when someone in the group ran past and said 'are you struggling today?' After I had just run my fastest kilometre too. I know she probably meant well but it felt disheartening and perhaps a bit patronising given that she ended up walking for some of the 28 minutes. The hare and the tortoise sprang to mind. 😊

How rude. And as you say, she's no right to comment if she ended up walking. You judged your pace better than her so you should feel smug not disheartened. Well done for completing the run.
