Just did this. Not only that, I actually enjoyed it too. And, I felt fine at the end. I think it's because I'm on holiday and because I saw lots of hills everywhere, I went even slower than usual, which I didn't think was possible! Change of scenery was good too, think I need to start varying the route. Very pleased! Thanks for all your tips the other day

Week 8 Run 1
Fantastic (hills don't fill me with any joy 'tho!). Well done - and proves what someone said - it was all in the mind! I've just completed r3, wk 7 and on the walk back listened to the beginning of wk 8 - Laura said on there (as you'll know), if you've recently completed wk 7 you'll be more than ready for this - and I thought of you - but there we are, its history now anyway - you've done it! Well done again.
Well done Buffy. I think wk 8 is going to be our week!
Well done G. 5 runs to go your doing fabulous by the sounds of it I'm well impressed J
Well done GLudwig. Good to hear of a good run following a bad. I did W6R2 today with a stinking cold. Nearly decided not to, but remembered you did W5R3 with a cold in the snow. I'm really enjoying W6, after gearing myself up for a difficult week. 25 mins next, though. Good luck with the rest of the week. Graduation in sight.
Well done for getting out there with a cold. Hope it's gone soon, and good luck with that 25 min one. If I can do it, you can
Well done gludwig (what sort of name is that???). 8/1 is almost there. Congratulations on completing it in the new evvironment too. Amazing what a change of scenery can do for us runners!
