I was really nervous about this run, 20 minutes seemed like a big jump and I'd been dreading it since I started C25k but I did it! It wasn't too bad, hard but manageable. So glad I didn't let myself give up. I can't quite believe I can run for 20 minutes - slower than snail pace but still running!

Brilliant well done ! It doesn't matter the speed you kept going and that is an amazing achievement.
