Using Her C25K time as my drill time.

Went for W1R2 today with my wife to be. She got overheated and stopped short of the last 90 minute jog so we'll run this one again. It was 90°F.

I used the jog portions to do a knee raise/butt kick drill combo.

I kinda like this since it gives me a chance to hang with her at her pace, encourage her, ease myself into running from the back going out, break in the new shoes, ease some new muscles into work with the new inserts for over-pronation and do drills too.

Things always seem to have a way of working out beneficially if we'd stop and think about it with a giving attitude.

1.6 miles today.
