Don't worry. We all felt the same at the start of week 5. I couldn't believe it was possible but boy does it give you a boost when you do it. Trust the programme and take it slow. You will be just great.
Well done, don't worry about week 5 I was the same but managed it and I had never run before. Just remember what all the experienced folk on here tell you "slow and steady"
This is your training plan. You are in control. Don't anticipate that you will not be able to do a run, just believe in yourself and give it your best. If you don't complete a run then you repeat it until your body is capable of doing it, then you move on.
Running is about belief and mental toughness as much as the physical aspects. The plan builds your body and if you provide the belief, then you will do it.
Well done! I think we all felt the same at the beginning of week 5, I really thought it would be the end of me. In fact, the 20 min run was actually a lot easier than I imagined and was also a huge turning point for me, it was then that I began to believe I could really do it Good luck and remember going slowly is the key!
