Yes yes yes. I have actually got out for a "run" in the loosest possible sense. After completing last year I had to stop over the winter - yes I know it's now mid summer, and have taken ages to convince myself to go out again after running out of excuses. I did nt really know where to start so decided on run 1 of week 4 and it went quite well I did doubt my ability to do the last 5 mins as I was pretty knackered after the middle 3 minute one bit complete I did. The pace well let's not go there just to snails that we're out in the rain waved as they went by.......
A return wobble up the road: Yes yes yes. I have... - Couch to 5K
A return wobble up the road
Well done you Tombenoly . As we all know, getting started (again) is the hardest part.
Those showy-offy snails annoy me too! Keep up the good work. Great
Well done for getting back out there. As you'll be told many times slow and steady is the way forward so don't try racing those snails, won't be long before you're sailing past them!
Happy Running!
Stopped for the winter? Where are you running?
Anyway you're back now, which is the main thing. Enjoy yourself. It's a bit cooler today, and I hope where you are it's not lashing it down. I got drowned. Hey ho
Good luck with your return to running!
Hiya and welcome back and good for you for getting out there again, I'm sure you will soon feel the love again.
I thought perhaps you were in Norway or Iceland! Tee hee
I have skin issues too, which cause me much annoyance. I have wet excema on my hands which flares up when I start gardening, or even holding a plastic dog lead for goodness sake. It must be a git to have similar with your feet! You have my sympathy!
Hi there.. welcome back!!! Glad you are back on track,we missed you!
Slow and steady will get you back into it... and we will be watching for your posts too!!!
PS
As the Original Grey Snail.. I ask you... what's wrong with snail's pace.. it rocks
