Hi all. Just need some advice. About to do W5r3 which I planned to do Saturday. A muscle in my calf has been playing up a little so haven't run since last Thursday. So I repeat w5r2 or go straight into trying the 20mins run. Thanks

Did you complete W5R2?
If not, go back and do it. If so, do R3

I would repeat r2 so that you can go steady on the calf.Only run if the calf is ok now.
Warm up well, and when you finish do a static heel dip for a full minute.........on side of the kerb or bottom step. Do this after every run now. You may need to invest in a foam roller too.
