I've only gone and done it W9R3 😁. Feel amazing great start to the week. I never thought I could do it but I have I just say to myself keep going you'll feel so much better when you've finished and today I feel fantastic!!!

Good luck to those still going keep at it you'll get there honestly 9 weeks ago I thought I was going to die week1 run 1 🤢 overweight, unfit and closing in on fifty not to mention dodgy knees ha ha but this program works I can now run for 30 mins and I've done it three times already!
