As you continue it becomes different - the days of burning lungs and truly struggling to breathe are behind me but legs get wearier as you increase the amount you run - but I can deal with weary legs, they're not going to kill me. Not being able to breathe on the other hand............that just might kill you!
Not necessarily easier but no harder. You did this one so that means you can do the next one🏃
Nothing worth having comes without some effort👍
