Couch to 5k, helped me re-inspire myself, it's helped me find that drive, to push through and work harder. This carries over from exercise into the world, find the drive and the passion, every day is another chance to change your life.

In the time that I started the couch 2 5k, alongside some (lenient) dieting, I have gone from 107 kg to 93kg, feeling great and ready to take anything on.

I'm having a great time, and although I thought I'd never say this: "I'm enjoying running!"

This running thing sneaks up on you... before you know it Lycra features heavily in your wardrobe. Brilliant that it gave you a new drive and passion. That's something and so nice that you are open about that part of the running journey. Well done you

So I did the parkrun 5k today, with a training dog (husky-akita mix)

It was amazing, the dog didn't react to anything and had a great time (considering about 300 people and dogs all around)

Bonded well with the dog and it's tired and gone home now.

I'll put a photo up as soon as they upload them with a time.

Hard work, changed my diet (1 or less cheat days a week and beers on special occasions) Starting a new programme tomorrow, I'm still awake as looking forward to getting started.

Running treadmill in morning and some 6 week bodybuilding programme starts too!
