W4 done, over half way through the programme now and really enjoying it. Struggled a bit today but expected to as just had 2 busy days - Royal Ascot followed by Wembley concert. So so pleased that I have completed W4. Bring on W5 now 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
