So got through W4 but now dreading W5!! Can't imagine doing 20 mins on third run. How have people found it?

I reckon I’ve seen 30+ posts in the last 2 days of people smashing w5r3 and I expect all of them felt the way you do now ( I know I did) Just take it easy, slow down a bit and in about a week you too will be posting ‘can’t believe I just ran for 20 minutes...’

Trust the plan, drink lots, go for it! You CAN do it.

Agree with everything you’ve said! I did my w5r3 today and smashed it! And I thought I could never do it.

Feels good to prove someone wrong. Even if it’s yourself! Good luck with w6!

Thank you! I’m excited although now nervous having read about people struggling with w6r1! But I’ve managed everything that I thought I couldn’t do so far so no reason why I can’t do this!

I’ve just finished w6. I actually quite like the walking breaks but I know they throw some people after w5. You just have to take it easy again and a bit of self belief goes a long way! And if w5r3 gives you anything it’s self belief.

Snap. I did run2 today. Slow and steady and surprised myself. I blinkin did it. Almost looking forward to R3. Like Michael Johnson said. This is where it all becomes psychological. Think positive 💪🏼
