So yesterday I completed week 4! I can't believe I've kept it up so long!

I did have to slow down quite a bit this week which is annoying as I wanted to try and keep my pace up from earlier weeks.

Did you find that you become quicker later on or is this something I should work on post graduation? ( still seems so far away)

Speed comes much later... for now, slow and steady...it works :)

Well done! I'm doing W4R3 tomorrow morning. I'd say definitely slow and steady is the way forward as I think we're building stamina at this stage, and speed comes later.
