Although I have enjoyed the hot weather it was such a relief to be able to run in cooler temperatures today.
I've still found the step up from week 3 hard and only managed the whole 5 mins on the second attempt. However 3 minutes seems a doddle!
I'm a couple of days behind schedule and will do run 3 on Sunday or Monday.
I am listening to all the advice from Jo and also reading on this forum.
As I got a dry throat I know I need to drink more water- that's also a daily change I need to make.
Molly also loved the cooler temperatures- she was a little too adventurous though and I had to call her back a couple of times as she bounced off to play with some young girls leaving gymnastics club! She's a naughty Cockapoo! 🐾🐾
