Not posted for a few days and also not had chance to run so thought I'd revisit the University Campus to plan a 5K run I can do in the dark over the shorter evenings. Got lost last time and only did 3K but was armed with a map this time so better prepared. Also tried out my new compression socks (which were brilliant) and my fluorescent hooded running top (which would be brilliant if it was 10 to 15 degrees cooler but far, far too hot for me at the moment). All in all found an interesting route which will be well lit and hopefully cleared of leaves for the students and ideal for the winter nights.๐๐๐
