I'm (finally) back?

Hey guys, you might remember me from when I started running and posting at the beginning of the year. Well, life kinda got in the way in the form of being away and illness. I think I remember posting about a sternum pain when I ran, well yesterday it was very bad even without exercise and I got diagnosed with costochondritis.

But, now I know I'm not having a heart attack or something, I've started c25k again today!

I've missed you guys keeping me going and stuff so hopefully I'll be back on here a lot too. I'm back home from uni for the summer so I have a different running route too.

Looking forward to running and hearing from you all again!

Glad you are back and that the pain was not as serious as it may have been! Still unpleasant though....Lots going on here and loads of Newbies as well as the old folk, ( me)
