Week 5 Run 3 - phew, done!

Well I have done it! After my "fretting and procrastinating" post a couple of days ago, lots of you replied with advice, motivation and general recommendations to just get on with it, so I did.

Lulu_xx how did you get on??

Have to say I'm only doing a small "whoop whoop" tho, as I didn't find it easy - still quite hot here, and windy too, so not a good combo. But I'm off to the beautiful Lake District for the weekend, and plan to do Week 6 Run 1 there on Sunday morning. Will definitely be cooler and damper I'm sure 😉

If you found it easy you wouldn't need the programme so whoop away :) lol

Amazing well done proud of you. I did mine this morning spent most of it faffing about with my headphones that kept falling out so I think that helped distract me.

Very jealous of your weekend run location I love it there!
