Week six is a little tinker and no mistake. So, go nice and slowly and you'll nail it. Hang in there! You can do it!

Believe it or not from W6 R3 it gets easier. I enjoyed getting going with the longer runs and leaving the walking intervals behind. Once you get to week 7 the finish line is just around the corner. You can do it, enjoy, I found hardcore Rap music was fantastic to run to. Download a free version of Spotify if you don't already have it and type in Rap. Just pick any playlist under rap. It's hilarious, I'm a 43 year old Irish man and as I was running past gangs of teenagers I would giggle to myself , you motherf@&Β£ers should hear this shit yo! π
lol. I do this when I'm lifting heavy in the gym. Makes me feel all Gangsta n' sh**. Puts 10kg on my lifts. I strut around throwing hand shapes.
Then I go home and have trouble getting out of the car and remember that I'm actually 49 and about as gangsta as Kenneth Williams.
The main thing is you did it...doesn't matter how slowly you ran. The slower the better! R1 & 2 of week 6 were my least favourite but pleased to say I enjoyed week 7! Keep going π
This happens to us all. Just hang in there and keep at it and it will pass..... nearly there now π
Week 6 can be a bit of a come down after the high of week 5. Once you're through this one everything will fall into place again
I hated W6 for the first 2 runs, but once you've gotten through them and knocked the walking breaks on the head it does get easier, W7 and 8 were my best so far, but having said that I'm loving W9 and can't wait for my graduation run tonight.
Keep doing what your doing and you'll smash it.
Onwards and upwards
Well done Gemma, that's Week 5 over and done with.
Just wanted to comment that your strawberry / Simply bliss breakfast has half of your recommended sugar intake for the day.
Haha no wonder I don't loose any weight π oh well it tasted good
I run to Born Slippy, although I"m an old bird. It does the job π
