A week I have been dreading!! Week 3 and going up to 3 mins of running.
It was hard I'm not gonna lie but definitely doable!!! I'm trying to work on my breathing which I think is making things easier. Also I am trying to make my jogs lighter so I can keep going longer. Slow and steady!
I'm so chuffed I did it considering I really did not want to get out of bed and when I did I was just thinking to myself 'Just do your best if you have to walk just walk and start again.
Looking forward to the next one

Yeay!!! Well done... Slow and steady is the way... breathing? Just in and out, don't think about it... kiss the ground with your feet and relax into Run 2 !
