Thanks to all your encouraging words yesterday I have got back out there this morning and completed W7R1. Still found it very hard work but I did it which is the main thing. Changed my route today as well which was great. A lovely scenic run along a canal. Will try to get run 2 in over the weekend - almost (but not quite!) looking forward to it π

Beat those gremlins
Big well done to you for beating those gremlins!
The runs are tough aren't they? I'm just getting ready to do my third 25 minute run and still have doubts!
So glad you are feeling more positive π
Wonderful..well done indeed for gettimg out there...
Take your rest day and only one run over the weekend... you must have your rest day in between
Brilliant. Well done. I think it is meant to be hard work as we build up our running strength. But you did it that's what matters.
It's getting cooler in London now so I may even run tonight. If not then tomorrow morning for definite.
We are so close now. We have to see it to the end. Good luck with your weekend run.
Thank you. Hope you enjoy your next run too - graduation we are coming to get you !!!!
Well done. Every run is its own challenge, but just getting out of the door can sometimes prove to be a barrier as well. We all have times we don't feel like it. But you put that to the side and did it!!
I agree with Hidden in that it is meant to be hard work. I commute past my running route and I still can't quite believe I can actually run that distance when I drive past in the car. But we are all still new to this and we have years of believing we can't to eradicate, one run at a time.
I must try to remember it's meant to be hard. When I'm running my gremlins convince me that I am the only one finding it hard work - that clearly isn't the case at all. Thanks again for all your support π
