It's tough running in the heat!

Double challenge today, running in the heat and running slow enough to run in the heat. Pleased I managed both. 😊 Was so slow at some points I really was almost walking, only covered 3.4km as opposed to 3.9km last run, but I survived! W9R2 in the bag - eek!

Yay. Well done. So close now. It was horrible out there wasn't it? We were much slower too, but that seemed better than not making it to the end. One more run to go for you. Hopefully the next one will be a bit cooler.

Thanks! Yes it was pretty sticky, but I think that added to the sense of achievement. You must be thrilled 😀

I did W9R1 this evening, and it was definitely challenging running slow enough to complete it.

Well done, you'll be a graduate after your next run 👏👏
