Finished my 3rd run of week 6 of the May quest this morning. It's been an interesting 6 weeks. Wind, rain, gales and now heat. This mornings run was definitely the toughest. Set off as usual at 9:00 but it was already too hot. Followed the advice I've read many times. So slowed down and finished the 30 mins.
Over the 6 weeks I've completed 17-30min runs, added in some exercise classes (7 in total) focusing on strength and flexibility and moved on to using the Stepping Stone+ podcast.
Seems like this running is becoming a way of life 🌻🌻
