Wk7 R1 done and first Parkrun 😊

Wow it was ridiculously hot. 18 minutes in I felt so dizzy but slowed it right down and kept going. My 12 year old son joined me and he did incredibly well too. Loved the Parkrun...a fab way to start the weekend. Can't wait for the next one...hopefully the weather will be a little cooler though 😊

Gosh well done you! I'm getting up at rediculous o'clock in order to avoid the heat at the moment. How lovely to have you son running with you too. I bet you are feeling fantastic... have a fab weekend running girl..🏃🏻‍♀️😀

Thank you 😊 I have literally been buzzing all day! I have also been getting up early so did find the heat a battle! It can only get easier...I hope 😀
