Just come back from week4R1. Can't believe I actually ran for 2x 5mins and 16mins of running on this course! The last 5min run I did struggle and was thinking when is this 5mins up lol also didn't help that my shoe lace came undone but I didn't stop I just carried on until it finished.

Just collapsed on the sofa now πŸ˜‚
