Same here, just done W4R1. The part I was dreading, breathing, was fine but the muscle between my calf and ankle felt very tight on one leg. How was yours?

Glad to hear that you have done it. Remember to stretch and warm up and then stretch and warm down when you finish - it’s working for me.
The run was surprisingly ok once it got into a rhythm. The first 5min run I thought would never end, but before the second - I told myself that I had done it once and I can do it again (and again)
The knees (knee area) is feeling it this evening, but that could also because of other things I’ve been doing today. Not an injury pain but more of an “you’ve been exercising repair ache”.
Keep it going.
Give a few weeks and Ull think the same of 30 mins . Honestly ull laugh when u look back and think u struggled at 5 . This app is amazing and really works xx
