Week 2 or week 3 whoops

Ok so I was on w2r2 the other day and thought it had jumped up a bit in toughness but tonight I realised I had done w3r3. Kind of a disappointment as now I have to do 1 more week 2 runs than I thought. On the positive side I did this one mostly on pavements and gravel tracks and as the dog was full of beans we did w2r2 twice covering 7km, so all in all hardly sticking to the plan but definitely improving.
