Today instead of the dog interrupting my stride it was my hubby ringing- fortunately he rang just as I was in the last 10 seconds of 3 minutes - but oh dear his call had interrupted the program. I had to stop to reset the ap and put it back on my arm. Molly in the meantime was perfect 🐾🏃🏼♀️👍. Let's hope third time lucky for R3 🍀.
