Gremlins !

After a 5k run at the weekend thought I would try another this morning so put my running gear on..... gremlins told me to put a load in the washing machine so I did, then to mow the lawn so I did, then hang out the wet washing and put another load on so I did, then sort and clear out the sideboard drawers so I did.... they then run out of things so I grabbed the chance and escaped to do my run... after one lap the gremlins said I should go home, but ahead was a 1k clear down hill stretch so while I was there I did it too. Pay back time Mr Gremlin. Lol
