Done with week 2, and today felt really good! So good, actually, that I did one (just one!) extra interval, just 'cause I could! Also, just today I figured out how to get music playing g behind my C25K app; I don't know how I ran before without music!! It's so much better.
Nervous about week 3, two 3 minute intervals?? Eeeschk!!!
