Hi all,

I"ve discovered these posts in the last few days and have been motivated by your positivity. Today my alarming wk 5 run 3. Can't believe I have actually run for 20 mins In one go, when each week since the start has been such a challenge! I"m hoping that I will be able to move tomorrow!

That's the biggie done and dusted. Well done! Take it easy through week 6, the return to intervals can throw you a bit of a curve ball. Well over half way through the programme now, and you're on your way to graduation😊😊😊

Well done! That's an important run. I remember thinking if I can do 20 I'll be able to do 30 by the end of the program. You're getting closer!
