What does everyone use when going for a run to put their phone and keys in?

I started with an arm band but I found that this started to rub my arm (probably in part due to my lack of height) once the weather was warmer and I was wearing short sleeves. I then got a spibelt which fits snugly around the waist and has a zip pouch large enough for phone and my front door key.

Thanks for ur reply :)

I do have arm band that I use but it keeps coming off when I run and is starting to wind me up lol and couldn't fit my car keys in. Did start looking a flipbelt but was unsure if it was safe and it's a bit expensive too. Never heard for spibelt and I will look into that. Thanks

Between my sports bra and swimsuit that I run in - not for everyone!

Just a swimsuit??

Lol not quite. I found a sports bra/crop top and swimsuit on top is very supportive. I do also have a pair of shorts on or it would look too scary! Although of course I do just wear a swimsuit for swimming most times and that is in public.

I have a running belt which just has slits around it that you push your phone etc through. I need to have phone keys and inhalers with me which all fit in the belt then i flip it round so the slits are on the inside and the stuff doesn't fall out. You can get cheap versions on ebay/amazon for a few quid

Hi, I use one of those money belts that you wear under your clothes when traveling, I think I bought it in Boots. It has two zips so just right for phone, key an spare tissue. Happy Running!

Surprisingly, no. After a few strides it seems to settle over to one side slightly over my hip. Interestingly, I've just got back from holiday wearing it on the flight home and when I got home had a mini panic as I thought it must have fallen off but no, it was so comfortable I couldn't feel it at all!

have tried the arm bands for my phone and find they don't grip tight enough and usually slip down my arm ... end up concentrating on that more than running, now i use an ipad nanno which fits in my running top pocket which has a zip and a small slit the headphones are meant to go through ... as for keys front/back door key usually goes in the zippered pocket on the back of my running shorts

I have a couple of different running belts and an arm band. I usually use the running belt which is large enough to take my phone (the other was bought when I had a smaller phone!), but occasionally try the arm band...

Also saw a guy at my local Parkrun with a very inexpensive solution. He had his phone strapped to his arm with an Elastic bandage. It seemed to work just fine.😀

Lol - I have a little pocket in my trousers for my key, and I tuck my phone in the waistband! 😄

I have a running bag which goes over one shoulder and has straps that clip round my waist. Because I can't cope with headphones it also has a speaker on the shoulder so no headphones jumping out whilst running. Once it's on I don't notice it at all. Got it from decathlon about 5 years ago

My bra I'm afraid! Might steal some of the ideas from here though and try to be a bit more ladylike, ha! 😆

I asked this question not long ago and got some helpful replies. Eventually bought a running belt from Amazon called Freetoo cost £8.99 and has two pockets, one for phone and other holds my keys. Very comfortable for me 😊
